Dedicated Destination Experience Managers
As soon as you decide to plan a meeting in San Antonio, a staff member becomes part of your team. Known as a Destination Experience Manager, they’ll help with site inspections; dispersing lead referrals to suppliers, venues, destination marketing companies and other service providers; communicating with city departments; alerting key businesses to your arrival; and providing housing assistance and temporary personnel.

Attendance Building Destination Tool Kit - A customized promotional piece, digital images, descriptive text, e-postcards and destination videos.

Printed Collateral - Downtown and area maps, attraction discount coupon booklet and downtown restaurant and nightlife guides.

Prior Year Promotion - Your Destination Experience Manager may travel to the convention the year prior or will provide resources to promote San Antonio.

Show Us Your Badge (PDF)- San Antonio restaurants and other establishments provide a discount or free offer for attendees who present their official conference badge.

Housing Management (PDF)
Visit San Antonio Housing Department offers free housing services to any group using two or more different brand hotels with a minimum of 900 rooms on peak night. 

Temporary Event Staff (PDF)
Our dedicated core of customer service representatives will assist with onsite attendee check-in/registration, bag stuffing, door monitoring, special requests and more.

Additional ServicesWelcome packages including pole banners, airport digital signage and other amenities are available for a fee. We’ll also provide post-convention services, including a final housing report and an electronic survey for attendees.
